We wanted to keep our clients informed of our temporary policy that we have put in place at Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center. Due to the continued growing and evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking additional measures to limit exposure between our clients and staff. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional veterinary care while keeping us all healthy during this pandemic.

We are committed to offering a safe and healthy environment for our clients and our staff. To do this we are implementing the following procedures at VCVREC:

We are asking clients to not enter the building for their appointment.

We will not be allowing client visitation.

Upon arrival to our facility, clients are asked to call our phone number at 610-435-1553 to let reception know they are in the parking lot.

A nurse will then come to the client vehicle to triage the pet.

A doctor or nurse will call the client on their cell to obtain a history and discuss a diagnostic plan.

Estimates, approvals of cost, and payments are obtained over the phone.

Discharges and any relevant reports will be either handed to the client with their pet or emailed at the conclusion of the visit and diagnostic testing,
